Art Submission 2017

Submission deadline: July 24th.

Thank you for your interest in donating a piece of art to be auctioned at our fundraising event. When I found out that I could use my art to mobilize Christian work to largely unreached people groups, I jumped at the opportunity…76% of the Internationals Network of Nations serves come from countries closed to the gospel.

All proceeds will be used by Network of Nations to build bridges between the Internationals living among us and the local Christian community…

We ask that the piece you submit have a market value of $200 or more. The 5 selected artists can request to receive up to $100 reimbursement for supply costs if that is desired. The piece awarded “Best in Show” will be given an additional $100 prize from a private donor. All works will be considered donations and ownership will transfer to Network of Nations upon arrival, to be used in a silent auction to raise funds on September 10th, 2017.

Please keep in mind that the selected art pieces need to arrive in Sycamore, IL before Aug.7th 2017. Before the Sept. 10th Auction, the pieces will tour 3 local churches as a collection. Selected Artists will have the opportunity to submit a limited statement, bio and contact information be published with each piece.

16 yrs ago an eclectic group of  churches came together and created Network of Nations because they realized that God had brought a large population of people from all over the world—many of them from unreached nations— to live here in the suburbs of Chicago. And the churches were having a hard time figuring out how to effectively reach out to them. Network of Nations is a multi-church effort to raise up Christians who will specialize in this area of ministry. So that we can come to you and say “Ok church, here’s this person we’ve built a bridge to,  these are their needs, and here’s what we can to do as a church to pour the love of Jesus over their lives— !

Thank you for joining us in this mission!
